We're seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while providing an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment
- Educate homeowners and clearly explain repair options and recommendations
- Recommend system upgrades, replacements, and comfort solutions when appropriate
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Utilize ServiceTitan to document work and manage customer communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required (EPA 608 Universal preferred)
- NATE Certification is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
