What You’ll Be Doing:
We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician (WEEKENDS) who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.
- HVAC System Installation, Maintenance & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homes
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficiencies
- Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Customer Interaction – Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systems
- System Efficiency – Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency
- Read & Interpret Technical Diagrams – Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properly
- Code Compliance – Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systems
- Record Keeping – Use Service Titan software to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation
- Safety Compliance – Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standards
- Customer Service – Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitude
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 4-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
- Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!)
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
