Overview

Apex Service Partners is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Experience Coordinator to drive inside sales efforts and support community engagement initiatives. This role blends sales follow-up (rehash), local community outreach, and light administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys connecting with customers, building relationships in the community, and keeping internal processes organized. 

Pay: $50,000-70,000 annually
Location: On-site in West Mifflin, PA or Plum, PA

What
You’ll Be Doing:
 

  • Rehash Coordination (Sales) 
    • Follow up with customers across the Steel Belt Market (Pittsburgh & Cleveland) who received estimates but have not yet scheduled service. 
    • Maintain and update tracking systems to ensure timely outreach. 
    • Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve conversion rates. 
    • Provide feedback on customer concerns or objections to help refine sales strategies. 
       
  • Community Engagement 
    • Represent the market at local events, sponsorships, job fairs, and community initiatives in both Pittsburgh and Cleveland. 
    • Partner with the Marketing Manager to coordinate marketing materials and giveaways for events and campaigns. 
    • Build relationships with local organizations, vendors, and partners.

  • Office Administration (Light IT & Financing Support) 
    • Assist customers with financing applications and ensure documentation is complete. 
    • Submit and track financing approvals, communicating updates to customers and internal teams. 
    • Support basic IT setup for new hires (e.g., email accounts, login credentials). 

What You'll Bring: 

  • 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or marketing required. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic tech tools. 
  • Passion for community involvement and customer satisfaction 
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Service Titan or similar service management software
