Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform physically demanding manual labor daily, including digging by hand, hauling materials, and working in varying weather conditions
  • Backfill and compact soil safely and correctly to ensure stable, secure plumbing systems.
  • Assist with excavating trenches and holes for plumbing system installations and repairs.

  • Support the installation of pipes and plumbing fixtures.

  • Be available for on-call rotations to help with emergency plumbing and excavation work.

Qualifications:

  • Must be physically capable of performing manual labor and lifting heavy materials.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required for travel to job sites.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
