Location: West Mifflin (Pittsburgh), PA. This position will report to our main office in Pittsburgh, with occasional travel to nearby service areas, including Plum and Cleveland, to support hiring events and build relationships with our office staff there. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies 

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure qualifications and a strong fit with our company culture 

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to extending job offers 

• Develop a pipeline of skilled candidates through networking, job fairs, and referrals 

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining timely communication throughout the process 

• Work with HR and managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced service industry 

• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and tools 

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic team environment 

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software (iCIMS experience preferred)
