We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our warehouse facility in West Mifflin. This role is key to keeping our field technicians equipped and our service operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment

• Supervise and develop a team of warehouse associates — coaching, assigning tasks, and setting expectations

• Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock

• Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for workflow and efficiency

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal orders for our field teams

• Enforce warehouse safety practices that meet OSHA and industry standards

• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery or material issues

• Approve invoices using Stampli and manage other related documentation

• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry preferred)

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan for inventory and replenishment

• Experience approving invoices through Stampli

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and performance tracking

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Proven ability to lead a team and improve operational processes
