We’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who’s confident in their technical ability, sharp with customers, and comfortable recommending solutions that make sense. If you're someone who likes being in control of your paycheck, takes pride in their work, and knows how to build trust with homeowners—you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, etc.)

• Performing preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups

• Communicating clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues and repair options

• Recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate—no hard sells, just real solutions

• Installing HVAC systems when needed (bonus if you’re strong in this area)

What You Need:

• Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong mechanical skills with a clean, efficient approach to diagnostics and repairs

• Solid communication and customer-facing skills—you know how to read a room

• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• EPA Certification (NATE a plus)
