Responsibilities: 

• Assist with HVAC equipment installation including air conditioners, furnaces, and other systems, following manufacturer specifications. 

• Maintain tools and job sites: Keep tools organized and ensure the work area is safe and clean. 

• Test and troubleshoot: Help with system startups, testing, and basic troubleshooting under technician guidance. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful long-term career at J&A. Here’s what you need to succeed: 

• At least 6 months of HVAC install experience or HVAC install training  

• A commitment to customer satisfaction and high standards of integrity. 

• Dependability – we value punctuality and commitment. 

• A team-oriented mindset – we succeed when we work together!
