What You Will Do: 

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency 
  • Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians accordingly 
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system 
  • Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations 
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships 

Schedule: 

  • Call center hours: Monday – Sunday
  • This is a primarily in-person role based out of our office in West Mifflin, PA 
  • Flexible shifts available  

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset 
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided) 
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not requiredwe will train the right candidate!
