Position: HVAC Service Technician

What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

• Perform system inspections to ensure functionality, efficiency, and code compliance

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly and professionally

• Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, and prepare cost estimates

• Maintain an organized and well-stocked company vehicle

• Stay up to date on the latest HVAC technology, tools, and best practices

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)

• EPA certification required; additional certifications (e.g., NATE) are a plus

• Physical dexterity and a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn new methods and adapt to challenges

• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA before starting work
